The Rice Creek Watershed District has conducted an in-depth strategic planning process to serve as the framework for all of RCWD’s activities and to provide a means by which we can evaluate our effectiveness. The current strategic plan and annual reports are available below.
In addition, the district’s Watershed Management Plan can be found among the documents on this page. This document, last updated in 2000, is the main planning document for the RCWD and is updated periodically in accordance with Minnesota Law. Because of the lengthy nature of this document it is a rather large download.
