Permit Fees

The permit fee schedule was most recently ammended on April 27th, 2005 and is adopted by RCWD Board resolution in accordance with Section 7 of RCWD Rule B: Permit Procedural Requirements.

Fee Structure

The fee for a permit is the cumulative total of all individual aspects of a project. Government entities are exempt from permit fees.

Single Family - House/Addition/Accessory Building ($150)

Final Site Drainage Plans:

  • Commercial / Industrial / Institutional Plans:
  • < 1 acre impervious surface ($1000)
  • 1-2.5 acres ($2000)
  • > 2.5 acres ($4000 + $500/additional acre)

Land Development Plans:

  • < 10 Lots ($500)
  • 10-49 Lots ($1250)
  • 50-99 Lots ($3750)
  • 100-199 Lots ($7500)
  • > 200 Lots ($7500 + $25/additional lot)

Street & Utility Plans ($1000)

Bridge / Culvert Crossings:

  • Public Road Crossing
  • Rice, Clearwater, or Hardwood Creek ($2000)
  • County/Judicial Ditch ($1500)
  • Other ditch or creek ($500)
  • Single Family Driveway ($500)

Public Ditch Alteration Plan ($2500)

Public Water/Wetland Shoreland Alteration Plan ($150)

Wetland Impact Replacement Plan:

  • Exemption ($500)
  • < 1 acre ($750)
  • 1-5 acres ($1250)
  • > 5 acres ($2500)
  • Banking ($2000)

CWMP - Rule M Compliance Plan: Parcel Area:

  • 0-4.9 acres ($750)
  • 5-9.9 acres ($1000)
  • 10-24.9 acres ($1500)
  • 25-49.9 acres ($2250)
  • 50-99.9 acres ($3500)
  • > 100 acres ($5000)
