Minnesota Watersheds 2023 Annual Meeting Notice scheduled for November 28-December 1, 2023

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Rice Creek Watershed District Board of Managers will be attending the 2023 Annual Meeting of the Minnesota Watersheds and Pre-Conference Workshops which will be held at the Arrowwood Conference Center, Alexandria, MN.  The pre-conference workshops are from 9 a.m.- 4 p.m. on November 29, 2022.  The Annual Meeting will begin at 9:00 a.m. on Friday, December 1, 2023 for the following purposes:1) To receive and accept the reports of the President, Secretary, and Treasurer regarding the business of the association of the past year; 2) To receive the report of the auditor; 3) To consider and act upon the Fiscal Year 2024 budget; 4) To consider and act upon proposed Bylaws changes; 5) To consider and act upon proposed Resolutions; 6) To consider and act upon the draft Legislative Platform; 7) To elect three directors, one from each region, for terms ending in 2025; and 8) To consider and act upon any other business that may properly come before the membership.  RCWD, 4325 Pheasant Ridge Drive NE, Suite 611, Blaine, MN 55449 763-398-3070
