PLEASE TAKE NOTICE That a quorum of the Rice Creek Watershed District Board of Managers may attend The Rice Creek Watershed District (RCWD) will hold a RCD 1 Drainage System Record informational meeting on Wednesday, May 15, 2024, at 7:00 p.m. The RCWD established the option for the public to participate in its meetings either in person or virtually. The in-person informational meeting will be at the Shoreview City Council Chambers, 4600 North Victoria Street, Shoreview, MN. Public participation using interactive technology will also be possible using Zoom. See instructions below. The presentation will include information about the RCD 1 public drainage system, its historic purpose and function, current management of the system, and forthcoming actions to correct the drainage system’s historical record. An engineer’s report discussing historic alignment, dimension, and grade of the system can be found on-line at the following website address www.ricecreek.org or at the District office at 4325 Pheasant Ridge Dr. NE, Suite 611, Blaine, MN 55449. 763-398-3070.
