PLEASE TAKE NOTICE That a quorum of the Rice Creek Watershed District Board of Managers may attend a MN Capital Investment Committee hearing scheduled for 10:15 a.m. on Thursday, February 19, 2026, Room G-23 Capitol, MN State Office Building, 75 Rev Dr Martin Luther King Jr Boulevard., St Paul, MN 55155. Additionally, the Senate Committee on Capital Investment will also be meeting on Thursday, February 19, at 3:00 in 1100 Minnesota Senate Building, 95 University Ave W, St Paul, MN 55103. The Minnesota Management & Budget Governor’s recommendations are on the agenda.
