PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that a quorum of the Rice Creek Watershed District Board of Managers may attend the Minnesota Watersheds 2026 Legislative Briefing and Day at the Capitol on March 3 – 4, 2026 at the Capitol Ridge Radisson Hotel, 161 Rondo Avenue, St. Paul, MN. The Legislative Briefing and Reception will take place on Tuesday, March 3, from 3 p.m. – 7 p.m. The Networking Event will take place on Wednesday, March 4, from 7 a.m. – 8 a.m., followed by the meet with Legislators, 8:30 a.m. – 4 p.m.
