Notice of Public Hearing Regarding Anoka Ramsey Judicial Ditch #1, Repair Report & Water Management District (WMD)

PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Rice Creek Watershed District (RCWD), Drainage Authority for Anoka Ramsey Judicial Ditch #1 (ARJD#1), will hold a public hearing regarding the repair of ARJD#1 and the establishment of WMD charges to pay a portion of the cost of repairs of ARJD#1. The public hearing will be held during the District’s regular Board of Managers meeting on Wednesday, September 23, 2026, at 9:00 a.m. in the City of Mounds View Council Chambers, 2401 County Road 10, Mounds View, MN.

The repair report and proposed charges can be found in the resources section below, or at the RCWD District office: 4325 Pheasant Ridge Drive NE, Suite 611, Blaine, MN 55449. Comments can be directed to Tom Schmidt at tschmidt@ricecreek.org (preferred), 763-398-3076, or by mail at the above address.

Only in-person comments will be taken during the hearing. The public may monitor the hearing remotely using Zoom at the link below. Individuals wanting to address the Board must attend in person. Individuals may timely engage the District office to request reasonable accommodation.
