PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Ramsey County Ditch #4 (RCD#4) Repair is underway. Tree clearing started on August 19th, 2024, and will continue until completion. Construction observers from the district’s engineering firm, HEI, will be on-site daily along with district staff.
